This Privacy Policy explains how 525 Homes ("525 Homes," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit 525homes.com (the "Site") or contact us about selling a property. By using the Site or submitting the offer form, you agree to this policy.
01What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our offer form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The property address
- The situation(s) you select (for example: foreclosure, inherited, divorce, major repairs)
We also collect anything else you choose to tell us by phone, text, or email, such as details about the property's condition, what you owe on it, or your timeline.
Technical information. Our Site is hosted by Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify automatically processes basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time, in server logs used to deliver and secure the Site.
Cookies and analytics. This Site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. Our fonts are hosted on our own Site, not loaded from a third party. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry, our offer, and any resulting sale
- To schedule a walkthrough and coordinate closing if you decide to move forward
- To keep business records, and to comply with legal obligations
- To protect the Site and our business against spam, fraud, and misuse
03Calls & texts
By submitting our form, you agree that 525 Homes may contact you at the phone number you provided, including by call or text message, about your property and our offer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
You can also ask us to stop calling or emailing you at any time using the contact details below.
05How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you, evaluate and complete any transaction, and keep the business, tax, and legal records we're required to keep. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see "Your choices"). Some records tied to a completed sale may need to be kept for legal reasons.
06Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. The Site is served over HTTPS, and access to form submissions is limited to people at 525 Homes who need it. No website or method of storage is 100% secure, though, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
07Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any text from us to opt out.
- Calls and email: tell us to stop and we will.
- Access, correction, deletion: ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we must keep by law.

08Children
The Site is meant for adults who own or have authority over property. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
09Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. Material changes apply only to information collected after the change, unless you agree otherwise.
